Health Promotion & Disease Prevention

CCHER offers a series of evidence based model and best practice interventions to community members, young adults and mature adults who might be at risk for infection and chronic diseases. These trainings are conducted throughout the year by CCHER and are targeting men and women. The followings below are evidence based models that are currently being offered by our agency:
