Haitian Diabetes Initiative
We Care
The purpose of this curriculum is to “Train the Trainers”. You will have specific cultural and prevention tools you need to reduce Diabetes disparities and its complications in the Haitian community. Each module has its own evaluation tool.
If you want to be trained, you can reach us by email to know when the next schedule training session or check upcoming activities in our website. The Curriculum is also in Haitian Creole.
